Winners of any competition will be notified by email within one week of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the email bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customers registered address. It is the winners responsibility to notify BingoSaint.com of any change in address.

Prizes may be offered by BingoSaint.com or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. Baltic Media makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Baltic Media will not provide the prize itself.

Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the website as initial surname county area e.g. J.Smith - Reading, Berkshire
